Area of A Circle:
The area enclosed by a circle of radius r is . Here the Greek letter π represents a constant, approximately equal to 3.14159, which is equal to the ratio of the circumference of any circle to its diameter.

Solution: Radius r= 7 cm
= 154 sq.cm.

Solution: According to the question

(c) Area of the shaded region = Area of Larger Circle - Area of Smaller Circle
